Scooter Hire
Mobility scooters and wheelchairs are available for hire at £3 per hour from Burton Place Shopping Centre. The service runs Monday to Sunday, 9:30 AM to 3:30 PM. A liability form is required for first-time users, and insurance does not cover personal liability.
Servicing
Regular servicing is essential to keep your mobility scooter safe and in good working order, especially for class 3 scooters used at higher speeds. Future legislation may require annual MOT-style checks, making maintenance even more important. Most insurance policies require scooters to be serviced every 12 months by an approved dealer to maintain coverage.
Our expert team services all makes and models of scooters and powerchairs, starting at £75, including VAT. We’ll inform you of any additional costs before proceeding with repairs, and provide a detailed service checklist upon completion.
